Mm, the simplicity is what makes it brilliant. The monotone atmospheric perspective is nice, particularly in the choice of blue, which adds to the realism. This looks like a photo I might see in National Geographic. *sigh*

As I said in the description, the inspiration was from a picture through Google images(apparently the link is broken.)The choice to paint the two characters in blue though was a neat idea that I hadn't tried yet, and turned out very striking.

You know, I think I remember seeing the photo so no worries :) Have you thought about doing any more like this, based off a photo and in monotone? It would make a lovely series :heart:
